Social Media Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I don’t have a Facebook, Twitter or Google Plus profile, can you create the social networks for me?
A: Yes, we will do it for free.
Q: Are there any additional costs?
A: There are no additional or hidden costs. For example, the Start-Up package costs $199 per month.
Q: How regular do you do postings with the social media package?
A: We post at least 4-21 times a week. If you want us to do more than 21 posts, please contact us.
Q: What do you post?
A: We make posts related to your business industry. For example, if you are a family lawyer, we will make some posts related to family law cases. If you are a travel agency, we will make some posts related to travel. Click here to see some examples.
Q: Where does the material that you post come from?
A: It comes from our research. Some of the content comes from news (eg. smh.com.au, theage.com.au), some from a client’s website or blogs, and some content is created by ourselves. We also share content from different business profiles so the fan page looks natural.
Q: If I hire a social media manager from SEO Shark, can I still make posts on my business page?
A: Of course! You can make posts at any time and as many posts you want. We will still make helpful posts on your profile(s), in addition to any posts you make.
Q: What should I do if I don’t like your posts?
A: In the unlikely event that this occurs, you can always delete any content/pictures/articles made by us. To do so, you simply log in to your profile (such as your Facebook page), and press the link: edit/delete post.
Q: How long is the contract for?
A: There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel our service at any time.
To start your campaign we need you to add us as a manager to your Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Plus pages. For Twitter and Instagram, we need your details (login and password). If you don’t have any social media networks, let us know and we will set them up for you.
