About the role:
Your main role will be to:
1) answer all incoming calls with a goal to finishing calls from prospective customers with a sale
2) make outgoing calls (warm calls) to prospective clients to achieve sales and business growth
3) write social media posts & content
We require you to:
– be fluent in English
– have excellent communications skills with a clear, articulate phone voice
– have excellent English writing skills
– have at least basic knowledge of SEO as well as social media
We are hoping to find a suitable person for the long-term. At first, we require the person to work 20-35 hours per week on a casual basis (from Monday to Fridays). We offer flexibility and as the business grows, we would like to turn this into a permanent full-time position.
We offer an hourly rate, plus a bonus based on your performance at translating enquiries into sales.
